Hardox wear parts minimize maintenance and guarantee better durability.

User-friendly and versatile
Benefit from maximum adaptability with the sideways adjustable mowing system, which allows the swath width to be adjusted from 1.50 to 2 meters, depending on the feed.
The hydraulic lift of the auger cover allows the crop to be laid flat on one or both sides for optimal drying and easy pick-up.
All machine functions can be controlled from a clear and intuitive control panel in the cab, offering unparalleled ease of use. The customer can control the mower units, as well as the relief setting or lifting of the auger hoods.

Exclusive KUHN technologies
The GMD 9530 RV is equipped with high-quality components from the KUHN range, such as the maintenance-free OPTIDISC ELITE cutterbar. This is renowned for its robustness and features the FAST-FIT system for quick blade attachment. This cutter bar offers the user the assurance of the best cutting quality in all conditions.
The ground relief provided by hydropneumatic accumulators ensures excellent adaptation to the terrain, and the ground pressure can be adjusted to the conditions of the field. The exclusive LIFT-CONTROL system combines this hydraulic ground relief with NON-STOP obstacle protection. When an obstacle is encountered, the mowing unit swings back, creating additional ground relief to make it easier to pass over the obstacle. The mower then automatically returns to its working position as soon as the obstacle has been passed.

2.KUHN GA 7631 P mounted double rotor rake with central discharge: (photo 2)

The GA 7631 P offers the best compromise between high working capacity and excellent compactness.
This model has a maximum width of 7.40 meters and is equipped with hydraulic working width adjustment as standard. The machine is versatile and can make swaths from 1.30 to 2.20 meters, allowing it to adapt to different harvesting machines and types of forage crops.

The arms do not need to be dismantled for transport, which saves a considerable amount of time. The width of 2.80 meters and the length of 4 meters create a compact unit that is easy to move on narrow roads and in hilly areas. This compactness also makes the rake very maneuverable and efficient on small plots, minimizing time loss on headlands.

The rotors are equipped with a 3D hinge for freedom of movement in all directions and can follow the unevenness of the terrain to windrow every blade of grass. The suspension thus ensures perfect ground adaptation to the terrain and excellent raking quality.

The robust and reliable MASTERDRIVE GIII rotor drive is maintenance-free. Thanks to the design and materials used, the bearings of the tines only need to be lubricated every 200 hours.

The working height can be adjusted manually with a crank or hydraulically (optional) to suit all requirements. Other settings, such as folding in and out or lifting the rotors individually, can be carried out from the cab.

Finally, the GA 7631 P's limited weight of 1.5 tons and its center of gravity close to the tractor make it possible to use medium-sized tractors with a power output of 140 hp or more without any problems.

3.KUHN VB 7190 OC 33: fine-cutting system for the VBP 7100 baler-wrapper combination (photo 3)

To meet the growing demand for short-cut wrapping, KUHN is launching a new fine-cut rotor for the VBP 7100 series baler-wrapper combinations. This new rotor enables a theoretical cut length of 34 mm and is designed to improve the efficiency and quality of forage production.

A fine cut for a bale of the highest quality
The new OPTICUT 33 rotor has 33 knives that provide a theoretical cutting length of 34 mm. A shorter cut improves feed mixing and intake by the animals, leading to higher milk yields. Shorter strands also ensure higher bale density, which improves shelf life and quality. In addition, pre-cutting the feed during baling is more efficient than cutting the fibers with a mixer wagon, which saves fuel and reduces wear on the mixer wagon.

All knives are perfectly positioned
KUHN's intelligent solutions ensure the correct positioning of each of the 33 knives. The patented* active knife cleaning technology automatically cleans all knives, including the non-active ones, after a certain number of bales. The knives no longer get stuck, making them easy to remove and replace without tools. Each knife can be retracted individually as soon as it comes into contact with an object. The individual safety of the knives has been improved by reinforcing the knife position during cutting, enabling high working capacity without the risk of uncut feed.

Easy blade replacement
This new cutting system comes with a cassette in which the blades are placed. A simple operation on the terminal starts the blade cleaning cycle, after which the blades and the DROPFLOOR flap are automatically positioned to open the blade cassette. The cassette is extendable and can be removed in one movement without tools, offering exceptional ease of use.

Improved transmission
Designed for maximum capacity and durability, the VBP 7100 series is equipped with an improved transmission for high-capacity fine cutting. The combination of the INTEGRAL ROTOR with DURASTEEL teeth and the extra-wide pick-up for heavy loads guarantees optimum performance. The OPTICUT 33 feed system thus offers a higher level of comfort and reliability for baling work. The new OPTICUT 33 feed system at a glance:

  • Ability to finely chop the feed: better bale quality, better feed intake by the animals, and fuel savings
  • Reliable positioning of the knives and patented* active cleaning of the knives
  • Easy and comfortable knife replacement
  • Improved transmission for maximum capacity and durability

4. KUHN HR 6030 RCS: folding rotary harrow that can be combined (photo 4)

KUHN's range of folding and combinable rotary harrows with seed bars is expanding with the launch of a new model! The new HR 6030 RCS rotary harrow, with a working width of 6.00 meters, complements KUHN's range of HR 1030 RCS folding and combinable rotary harrows, which already includes 4.00, 4.50, and 5.00-meter models.

An optimized weight-to-power ratio
Thanks to its center of gravity as close as possible to the tractor and its optimized weight, the HR 6030 RCS rotary harrow, with a working width of 6.00 m, is suitable for tractors with average power, while it can handle a maximum power of 350 hp. The central housing is protected against overheating by an oil cooler. The built-in pump is activated automatically as soon as the PTO is switched on and therefore requires no action on the part of the user! The design of the rotor and the robustness of the housings ensure maximum service life and low maintenance costs.

Effective crumbling and compacting
The rotary harrows of the HR 1030 RCS series are equipped as standard with DURAKUHN blades with carbide coating for increased shock and wear resistance. Thanks to the FAST-FIT quick-attach system, the time required for replacement is reduced to a minimum. They are compatible with MEGAPACKER rollers (Ø 590 mm) and STEELLINER rollers (Ø 550 mm). Their large diameter ensures efficient pressure and optimizes load-bearing capacity.

A modular concept!
The rotary harrows of the HR 1030 RCS series are designed to work solo or in combination with a grain or precision seeder*. Specific adapters, attached to the roller frame, facilitate the coupling and uncoupling of the seeder. This configuration allows the center of gravity to be brought as close as possible to the tractor, reduces overhang, and requires less lifting power to lift the combination. This also has a positive effect on the quality of the work, as it ensures excellent adaptation to the terrain and a constant sowing depth, regardless of the working depth of the rotary harrow.

In combination with the TF 1512 front tank with a capacity of 1500 liters (2000 liters with extension) or the TF 2300 C double tank with a capacity of 2300 liters (60% / 40% distribution), these seed drills form a balanced unit with great autonomy.

Continuous adaptation to working conditions
The hydraulic settings for working depth, levelling bar and sowing depth, which are controlled directly from the cab via the front tank's ISOBUS terminal, offer the user optimum comfort. They allow real-time adaptation to working conditions and the expected result.
These new folding seed drills from KUHN meet the needs of contractors and arable farmers in terms of precision, comfort, and adaptability!

5. KUHN TF 2300 C: front tank (photo 5)

The agricultural world is evolving and practices are becoming increasingly diverse: crop rotation, sowing of multi-species cover crops, local fertilization, simultaneous stubble cultivation and sowing... The new TF 2300 C universal front tank, coupled with a seed drill, a single-seed drill or a stubble cultivator, meets these expectations.

The TF 2300 C front seed tank, with a total capacity of 2,360 liters, is divided into two sections (60% / 40%).
This configuration makes it possible to apply a ground cover with different types of precisely dosed seeds in a single pass, apply starter fertilizers or solid mineral elements as close as possible to the seed, or protect seedlings from pests such as snails. For users looking for maximum autonomy, it is also possible to fill both tanks with one and the same product. The double hopper can be easily filled with a front loader or a telehandler. The low and compact design offers excellent visibility on the road and in the field.

The new OPTISEED cassette metering unit, coupled with a pressurized tank, offers a wide metering range.
Each tank is equipped with two independent metering units. The two products, which are metered separately, can then be mixed (single shot) or distributed separately (double shot). An agitator is provided to facilitate the flow of seeds that are difficult to dispense. Changing the cassette is quick and easy and requires no tools. During this operation, the cassette is separated from the seed by closing the guillotine valve. Starting the calibration test is very easy! A calibration button next to the metering devices allows the calibration test to be started or stopped. Once the weight has been entered into the control terminal, the motor does the rest by automatically adjusting the speed of the metering devices.

This new front tank can be equipped with either a support frame or the new front tire packer.
What are the features of this new tire packer?

  • Four large-diameter wheels (Ø 822 mm) that reduce rolling resistance and offer excellent load-bearing capacity;
  • A radial structure that improves the load-bearing capacity of the seed tank and limits sagging;
  • An integrated weight carrier that can carry up to 800 kg.

In terms of electronics, the front tank is managed via the CCI 60, CCI 800, CCI 1200 ISOBUS terminals or any other ISOBUS terminal already available on the farm. Automatic opening and closing of the seeding and fertilization functions via GPS, independent modulation of the seeding and fertilization rate according to soil potential via a modulation map, possibility to transfer data to the farm software via Agrirouter... This new ISOBUS seed tank offers a wide range of possibilities!

6. KUHN MEGANT 722 R and 802 R: mounted seed drills for simplified sowing (photo 6)

The new MEGANT 722 R and 802 R seed drills, with working widths of 7.20 and 8.00 meters respectively, complete the KUHN range of simplified tine seed drills, which already included a 6.00-meter model. They retain all the advantages that make the MEGANT so well known.

Maximum versatility
MEGANT tine seed drills are designed to sow in a variety of soil conditions. They can be equipped with reversible tines, straight tines or 12 mm fine tines, which guarantee efficient penetration in all types of soil and require no maintenance. Their even distribution over 4 rows provides a regular and large clearance, allowing them to easily pass through plant residues, wet or stony conditions. A real advantage that increases the working range.

Uniform sowing depth, even on heterogeneous plots
The seed drills in the MEGANT range are supported both by their front wheels, which carry the weight of the seed tank, and by their rear pressure wheels (optional). They follow the unevenness of the terrain independently of the tractor's movements, ensuring an even sowing pattern and homogeneous emergence.

Great flexibility
Sowing can be managed via a CCI 60, CCI 800, CCI 1200 ISOBUS terminal or any other ISOBUS terminal already in use on the farm. The CCI 800 and 1200 terminals offer numerous functions, such as automatic opening and closing of the seed drill via GPS (TC-SC), adjustment of the seed rate (TC-GEO) or the ability to transfer data to farm software via Agrirouter... The KUHN VT 30 terminal is the solution for non-ISOBUS tractors!

An additional seed tank for more possibilities
The optional addition of an extra SH 1120 seed tank with a capacity of 110 liters offers the possibility of sowing two varieties at the same time or adding fertilizer in one go. The desired dose is injected into the flow of the main metering unit. The products are then mixed and deposited in the seed line.

What's new?
The MEGANT 722 R and 802 R seed drills are distinguished by their respective working widths of 7.20 and 8.00 meters. Their goal? To guarantee high working capacity while controlling sowing costs and optimizing working time!

The 7.20-meter model meets a growing demand for compatibility with 36-meter spray booms, allowing symmetrical marking over five passes. The 8.00-meter version offers the possibility of sowing up to 8 hectares per hour! Thanks to their 1800-liter hopper, they have great autonomy.

Their lightweight design means they only require low power: from 180 hp for the 7.20 m version and 200 hp for the 8.00 m version. They therefore provide a response to current environmental and economic challenges thanks to their fast sowing speed and low fuel consumption.

7. KUHN AXIS: New OPTIPOINT PRO technology (photo 7)

Fertilizers play an important role in providing essential nutrients for plant development, but insufficient or excessive use can affect productivity. Making the most of every kilogram of fertilizer spread is therefore a real challenge from both an economic and ecological point of view. The new OPTIPOINT PRO technology, which will be fitted to KUHN AXIS (1) and AXENT (2) series fertilizer spreaders from the 2026 season onwards, provides a response to these challenges!

In practice, the optimal opening and closing point of the metering valves at the end of the field during fertilization varies depending on the type of fertilizer, the working width, and the type of disc. With certain combinations of "fertilizer/working width," the metering valves close while the driver is already turning at the headland after the working pass. This shifts the spread band sideways, leading to under-application on the inside of the turn and over-application on the outside.

The new OPTIPOINT PRO technology offers a simple and effective solution to this situation by bringing forward the closing point of the valves. When working on the headland, it adjusts the spread pattern by adjusting the dosage and the drop point, thereby increasing the working width towards the center of the field. Thanks to this increase, the valves close earlier when reaching the headland. The spread pattern does not rotate, ensuring that the correct dosage is applied right up to the edge of the field. No more under- or overdosing!

How does it work?
The OPTIPOINT PRO setting is specific to each fertilizer, an exclusive feature from KUHN! Simply enter the fertilizer, working width, and disc type into the KUHN SpreadSet application, and you're done! The fertilizer spreader automatically calculates the adjustments to be made to the dosage and drop point! In the mobile version, the settings can be transferred directly to the machine via an optional Wi-Fi module. No manual input is required. The OPTIPOINT PRO is only available on ISOBUS machines (3). This new technology will satisfy even the most demanding farmers who are advocates of precision farming by optimizing fertilization right up to the headland.
